I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Northeastern University, Boston, specializing in Analog, RF, Mixed-Signal, and Photonics IC Design. My research focuses on hardware security, power management ICs (PMICs), RF energy harvesting, and energy-detection based RF architectures for next-generation IoT, biomedical implants, and battery-free wireless systems.

I work across the full custom IC development flow — from architecture exploration and behavioral modeling to transistor-level design, layout, parasitic extraction, silicon validation, and lab characterization. I’m especially interested in circuits that stay efficient, secure, and robust across real-world PVT and manufacturing variation, not just in simulation.

Over the course of my Ph.D., supported by DARPA and NSF funded projects, I’ve designed and characterized a wide range of CMOS building blocks: RF rectifiers, LDOs, bandgap references, switched-capacitor converters, PLLs, VCOs, op-amps, StrongARM comparators, SAR ADCs, RF filters, and matching/resonator networks for ultra-low-power wireless applications. This work has led to publications in JSSC, IEEE TVLSI, IEEE OJCAS, IEEE TCAS-I, IEEE ISCAS, and IEEE MWSCAS.

Before my Ph.D., I was an RF Filter Design Co-op at Skyworks Solutions, designing and validating BAW/SAW filters for RF front-end modules from 4–10 GHz. Earlier still, I worked as an RF and Signaling Operations Engineer with Indian Railways, maintaining mission-critical RF communication and signaling infrastructure.

Long-term, I’m drawn to problems at the intersection of analog/RF IC design, hardware security, and ultra-low-power electronics — building the circuits that let sensing, communication, and energy-autonomous systems run securely and efficiently in the field.
